1 - Coson

Timing: From 7:30 till about 1pm.
Description: Discover Playa Coson. Spectacular view point. Ocean swimming.
What to bring: Water as much as you need for a morning, some snacks, sandals or flipflops and a bathing suit, hat and sunscreen.
2 - Esperanza
Difficulty Level: 2
Timing: From 7:30 till about 1pm.
Description: Discover mangroves and a fresh water laguna.
What to bring: water and snacks as much as you need for a morning, sandals or flipflops, bathing suit, mosquito repellent, hat and sunscreen.
3 - Hills, barrios and beach
Difficulty Level: 2
Timing: 7:30 till about 1pm.
Description: Using the local bus (10 minutes ride) we arrive at a protected area where we will climb up to a stunning view point, and we make are way down through a few neighborhoods in Las Terrenas to the beach.
What to bring: Water, snacks, hiking sandals or shoes, mosquito repellent, bathing suit, hat and sunscreen.
4 - Playa Ermitano
Difficulty Level: 4
Timing: 7.30 till about 2pm
Description: An open jeep will take us to a beach were our trek will start. This hike is not for the faint hearted as we walk along ledges, into the forest which leads to 3 hardly discovered by foot pristine beaches, relax swimming before heading back.
What to bring: It's a long day make sure you bring enough food and water, and good shoes. You’ll also need mosquito repellent, bathing suit, hat and sunscreen.
5 - Playa Jackson
Difficulty Level: 4
Timing: 7.30 till about 3pm
Description: After a steep descent we will be spending the rest of the day walking and swimming on the beach
6 - Route de Café
Difficulty Level: 3
Timing: 7.30 till about 2 including lunch.
Description: We will take a taxi to our starting point. The walk takes us through coffee and coco plantations. We will make a stop at a Farm shop to taste locally produced coffee and honey. You can buy some if you like and support the local economy. The route takes us through a few villages and we get a glimpse of traditional Dominican Republic life. The taxi will wait for us the end of the trail to take us to a restaurant to enjoy a typical Dominican meal.
What to bring: water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, hiking shoes or sandals.
7 - Famous El limon waterfall
Difficulty Level: 3
Timing: 7:30 till about 2 including lunch
Description: We will take a taxi to our starting point. From where we will walk through partly forest, past smaller waterfalls until we come to 50-meter-high waterfall from El limon. We can swim under the waterfall, take some photos and refresh. We will continue on the trail and at the end a Dominican lunch will be waiting for us.
What to bring: water, snacks, hat, swim suit, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, walking shoes that can get wet.
8 - The hidden waterfall
Difficulty Level: 4
Timing: 7:30 until 12
Description: We will go partly travel via taxi which will take to our starting point. The waterfall is a hidden treasure rarely visited by the mainstream tourists. We will have an opportunity to swim and refresh at the waterfall. If we are lucky local boys will perform jumps from top of the waterfall.
What to bring: water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and walking shoes that can get wet.
